You will need to have this professionally repaired as the tool that was used to pull the lock out has done some extensive damage. Speak with a locksmith who deals with this kind of situation or a company that specializes in steering columns. Make sure wires under the dash weren't cut in addition to battery cables at the battery or along the routing. Something to at least consider anyway. Hopefully your insurance will cover this. You will need to have

It should say right on top of it. Find it out then go to the auto store and buy that size. It will come with a pin and a coter key. Put the hitch in, install the pin through the matching holes, then stick the coter key in the other end of the pin. If you have trouble ask the auto parts people. They might even help you put it in.
