Hopefully your insurance will cover this. You will need to have
this professionally repaired as the tool that was used to pull
the lock out has done some extensive damage. Speak with
a locksmith who deals with this kind of situation or a company
that specializes in steering columns. Make sure wires under the
dash weren't cut in addition to battery cables at the battery or
 along the routing.

Something to at least consider anyway.

Dealers have them ready to fit. It is a specialty job and needs their expertise.

NO! DO NOT LISTEN TO ABOVE!

I have a 96 Ford F-150, with manual hubs...Lock the hubs in first, get back in the truck, and put the truck into N, with the emergency brake on. Put the truck into 4H, or 4L, depending on the conditions. Take off the E-brake, and you'll be good to go.. DO NOT PUT THE TRUCK INTO FOUR WHEEL DRIVE WHEN MOVING!

It all depends on the size of your trailer hitch.
It should say right on top of it.
Find it out then go to the auto store and buy that size.
It will come with a pin and a coter key.
Put the hitch in, install the pin through the matching holes, then stick the coter key in the other end of the pin.

If you have trouble ask the auto parts people.
They might even help you put it in.

You need to visit a dealer of some kind. I took my Ranger to a U Haul place to have my hitch installed. Besides, the info you require should be in your owner's manual. Maybe Pep Boys?
